I have done a page in my mini art journal. The quote is from The Gunslinger by Stephen King, and any Dark Towers fan will know it, its a wonderful greeting. The appropriate response if "And may you have twice the number".

A contemplative page in my mini art journal, featuring Journal Faces by Vera Lane Studio :

One of the main things I like about digital images is their flexibility. These faces can be resized to fit any page, or be flipped to face the other direction etc.

Oh my .. this new release from Vera Lane Studio is so great, I'm really going to enjoy these images, meet Lil' Gangstas :

I make so many cards for males, here is the card I made featuring this set :

The image is resized in word and printed. I coloured him with copics, highlights with sharpie white paint pen. The background is yupo paper with alcohol inks. Love the word : 'SUP? So fun

The Lost in Space set by Vera Lane Studio is so awesome, quirky and versatile. 

I made this card :

Its a water colour background and the image is coloured with copics and white gel pen, then fussy cut. The words were typed on my typewriter. I made the crown and coloured it with copics.

You are Magic !

I made a card for a very special lady, and what a wonderful set to use, this is You are Magic by Vera Lane Studio. The trees are from another set.

The scene was created in Microsoft word, the images resized and layered, words added and printed. I coloured them with my copics and white sharpie acrylic paint pen. The ground is washi tape. I then cut the card front to size, and matted it onto green pink and then finally the white card base.

Shes a beauty hey.

Not my normal style for in this instance she was perfect.

I had fun making this ATC, featuring one of the images from the Vera Lane Studio set Calacas : 

The background and torn paper strips are gelli prints. The image is coloured with copics and fussy cut. The clouds are from the set from the Floral Park Collection called Maison. The words are from a set called Lost in Space. I cut these two out of a longer sentiment.

I have some sparkly elements with liquid pearls, diamond glaze and wink of stella pen.

Seek Peace

Today I'd like to share a page in my art journal. I love this serene gal holding that loveable dove from Vera Lane Studio :

She's coloured with copics and fussy cut. The tree is from a set called Woodland Props.  The ground is a scrap from my every growing pile that I just cant part with LOL.

One of my favourite things about working with digital stamps is the flexibility to resize, change the aspect ratios, layer and reserve images etc. There are lots of videos on you tube how to do this, and Vera Lane Studio have many of their own. Check it out.

Dancers don't need wings to fly

Love this adorable new release from Vera Lane Studio, Just Dance.

I made this card featuring the gorgeous dancer :

The gal is resized and manipulated in work. I coloured her with copics and sharpie white acrylic paint pen highlights. She was fussy cut. The background is acrylic paint. I used washi tape to simulate the dance floor, and edged my card in that too. The words are also from the set.

Cherry Blossom

A new ATC trade and a new release from Vera Lane Studio, look at these gorgeous Kokeshi Dolls:

 I have used one of these lovely girls for my blossoms ATC :

I have used origami paper for the background, a branch die and flower punch for the blossom. The letters are from a letter pack by Ranger. The image is coloured with copics and fussy cut.
