Warm Winter Wishes atc

The title of the Wicked Wednesday atc challenge is Warm Winter Wishes, using this gorgeous image called Festival Girl from Time for Tea. 

Festival Girl is colored with copics and prisma color pencils. Her jacked and boots have been paper pieced and embossed so they are really shiny. I added a knotted band of twine as her head dress. I think she looks like she is having a great time. Simple sentiment of 'cheers' :)
