I made this page in my art journal using a stamp from Carmen's Veranda, Elf with Star. He is spreading some joy as magic and the New Year approaches :
For the background I have painted with acrylic paints and then stamped using the Tall Trees background stamp from Lost Coast Designs. The wording I made up, printed out on my computer.
The magic emanating from his wand is made with various metallic colors of liquid pearls.
